To globally replace one style with another using Find & Replace, do the following: Click the Home tab and then click Replace in the Editing group. In Word 2003, Replace is on the Edit menu. Click in the Replace With text box. Click the More button. Click the Format button and then click Font (Figure B).Figure B. Click Regular under Font style. Click the Color drop-down arrow. Type the word you want to replace in the 'Find What' text field and the word you want as a replacement in the 'Replace With' text field. To replace one occurrence of the word, click 'Replace.' Click 'Replace All' to replace every occurrence. Random text in Word using Rand(), Rand.old() or Lorem() will insert filler text but not replace existing text. We did some searches and could not find a solution so we fired up the VBA editor and wrote some code to do the job.

The easiest way to change the font in your presentation is to change the font scheme of the theme. Or, if you want to substitute one font for another, you can replace the font.

After you choose a presentation theme on the Design tab, you can change the font for your presentation in Slide Master view.
- On the View tab, click Slide Master.
- On the Slide Master tab, click Fonts, and then click the font that you want for the theme.You can change the fonts for your presentation at any time in Slide Master view.
